Sometimes you have to let them go

Instead of a sock parade today, there was a sock death march. And a few didn't make it:

Goodbye, Yarrow socks, Spindle Socks, Oak Ribbed Socks, and Little Child's Socks. . .

I know that somewhere there is a pattern for each of these yarns. I still love them all. And I'm sure I will try these patterns again, although hopefully I will take the lessons I've learned and apply them to the next attempts. The Spindle Socks were too tight. The Oak Ribbed turned out way too huge. The Yarrow socks got too boring to continue, and the Little Child's Socks, well, the color just didn't feel right, and I stopped working on them.
